Bulgari appoints new Board of Director

Italy-based luxury jeweler Italian luxury jeweler and luxury goods retailer Bulgari has appointed Paolo Cuccia as a Non-Executive and Independnet Member of its Board of Directors. Cuccia replaces Vito Varvaro, formely Non-Executive and Independent Member of the Board of Directors, who resigned for professional incompatibility with effect from January 15th.
The company said that Cuccia will also sit on the Internal Audit Committee and on the Remuneration Committee to replace Varvaro.
Cuccia is Corporate Executive Vice President of ABN Amro. He also holds positions n both the institutional sector, as President of EUR S.p.A, and in the graduate educational sector, as President of the
