Rockwell on Toronto Stock Exchange

Rockwell Diamonds Inc. has received formal approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). Effective February 22, 2008, the common shares of Rockwell will be listed for trading on the TSX under the symbol “RDI”. Rockwell’s shares also trade on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange under the symbol “RDI”.
President and CEO John Bristow said, the Management and Board of Directors of Rockwell are pleased to have secured a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange; this will increase the Company’s exposure and is another step in our corporate development strategy.
Rockwell’s goal is to become a mid-tier diamond mining and development company with growth potential and leverage to high value gemstones. The Company currently has three alluvial diamond operations in South Africa, and is focused on adding value to existing operations by seeking and acquiring advanced stage projects.
